These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing an Unlimited Wash Club, you understand that this is a recurring monthly charge on your credit/debit card for the Unlimited Wash Club membership. Unlimited service, as defined by Splash & Dash Car Wash, is up to 1 (one) car wash per day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year outside of closures due to holidays, inclement weather, maintenance, store upgrades, governmental orders, or other force majeure events. Jerry’s Car Wash may increase monthly rates with notice emailed to current members at least 30 days in advance or by posting a conspicuous notice at our location. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid phone number and email address on file with Jerry’s Car Wash to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for the Unlimited Wash Club membership. The Unlimited Wash Club is intended for private, non-commercial vehicle use. Each Unlimited Wash Club membership is intended for a single vehicle only. Members can wash once per day, per membership. Taxis, limos or professional people movers for hire, including app-based ride services, such as Uber and Lyft are prohibited. By signing up, you attest that the vehicle you are signing up is not a commercial vehicle, a taxi, limousine or any app-based driving service for hire (such as Uber, Lyft etc.) and agree to have your membership cancelled with no refunds if you violate this agreement. Jerry’s Car Wash may terminate any membership for any reason. The Unlimited Wash Club plan cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
